Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

• The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

• The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

Politica di Resi e Rimborsi

Hai il diritto di annullare il tuo ordine entro 30 giorni senza fornire alcuna motivazion

Il termine per annullare un ordine è di 30 giorni dalla data in cui hai ricevuto i beni oppure dalla data in cui una terza parte da te designata, diversa dal corriere, entra in possesso del prodotto consegnato.

Per esercitare il diritto di recesso, devi informarci della tua decisione tramite una dichiarazione esplicita.

Provvederemo al rimborso entro e non oltre 30 giorni dal giorno in cui riceveremo i beni restituiti. Utilizzeremo lo stesso metodo di pagamento da te utilizzato per l’ordine e non ti verrà addebitata alcuna commissione per tale rimborso.

Condizioni per i resi

Affinché i beni siano idonei alla restituzione, assicurati che:

• I beni siano stati acquistati negli ultimi 30 giorni

• I beni siano nella confezione originale

I seguenti beni non possono essere restituiti:

• Beni realizzati secondo le tue specifiche o chiaramente personalizzati

• Beni che, per loro natura, non sono idonei alla restituzione, ad esempio beni che si deteriorano rapidamente o la cui data di scadenza è superata

• Beni non idonei alla restituzione per motivi di tutela della salute o di igiene e che siano stati aperti dopo la consegna

• Beni che, dopo la consegna, risultano inseparabilmente mescolati con altri articoli

Ci riserviamo il diritto di rifiutare resi di qualsiasi merce che non soddisfi le condizioni sopra indicate, a nostra esclusiva discrezione.

Restituzione dei beni

Sei responsabile dei costi e dei rischi relativi alla restituzione dei beni. I prodotti devono essere inviati al seguente indirizzo:

Non possiamo essere ritenuti responsabili per beni danneggiati o smarriti durante la spedizione di reso. Pertanto, consigliamo l’utilizzo di un servizio di spedizione assicurato e tracciabile. Non possiamo emettere un rimborso senza l’effettiva ricezione dei beni o senza una prova della consegna del reso.

Regali

Se i beni sono stati contrassegnati come regalo al momento dell’acquisto e spediti direttamente a te, riceverai un credito regalo pari al valore del reso. Una volta ricevuto il prodotto restituito, ti verrà inviato un buono regalo.

Se i beni non erano contrassegnati come regalo al momento dell’acquisto, oppure se il donatore ha ricevuto l’ordine per consegnartelo successivamente, il rimborso verrà inviato al donatore del regalo.
